In the
fall of 1993, Inwood Design Build was founded. The company
originated in Springfield, VA and from its humble beginning,
IDB has grown into a multi-million dollar corporation.
IDB
Executive Team Members:
Mark
Kluxen, President - Mark is the founder and president
of IDB. He brings over twenty years of practical and managerial
experience to his company.
Rose
Kluxen, CEO - Rose is the CEO of IDB and brings 20 years
of managerial expertise to the company.
Matt
Masaitis, General Superintendent - Matt brings his 30
years of construction management and experience to our company.
He oversees all of our general contracting operations as well
as lending technical support and practical experience to our
field technicians as needed.
Phillip
Morgan, Senior Superintendent- Phillip
has been with IDB for five years. He started as a field mechanic
and has worked his way up through the ranks to become our
Senior Superintendent
Jana
Morgan, Estimator - Jana
has been with IDB intermittently for over five years. She
is back full time and is our Chief Estimator.
Eric
Kluxen, Office Administrator - Eric’s responsibilities
include client relations, web design, data correlation, and
execution of general office procedures.

Cash
Edgar "Cleta" Thomas
Our
field superintendents bring a combined total of over fifty
years experience. They have all worked on many projects in
the Spotsylvania-Fredericksburg-Stafford area and are very
familiar with the teams of local inspectors. This experience
level, along with the support of our office, allows us to
streamline both the construction and inspection processes.

Field Technicians:
In addition
to our lead technicians, Inwood Design Build employs a team
of over twenty-five permanent full time employees, which includes
our own “in house” finishing crew. This allows
us to please even the most demanding owners, and gives our
clients a positive relationship with their clients!
